AAI Group attracts a very diverse clientele and we are all dedicated to meet every one of their unique requirements. We are a cohesive team that genuinely think of our customers first ,we believe it is vital that we listen to all our customers ,and accommodate their special requests.

Therefore it is imperative that we understand their aspirations , their product range and their key issues ,thereafter we can provide a bespoke service specifically to suit their individual requirements.

For example we have built an invaluable reputation ,and a broad knowledge and understanding of core products within the electrical industry ,this allows us to offer one of our niche services to these importers that supply the electrical wholesale and distribution outlets.

The range of these electrical products are extremely extensive and we have been ambitious to acquire knowledge of them and committed to succeed in offering a world class service to our customers.

As mentioned these core electrical  imports consist of a wide variety of electronic and telecommunication parts such as LED panels ,tubes ,down lights ,strip lighting ,flood lighting , circuit protection ,wiring accessories, hand dryers ,heating ,lamps ,transformers and  fans ,the list is endless.

The knowledge about these products ,which sometimes are very delicate ,means we can expertly advise on overseas export licenses required , assist with the overseas export documentation ,provide the best mode of transport to achieve important deadlines ,and on arrival in the UK ensure the correct commodity code is always applied when preparing the customs clearance documentation ,and we can also arrange to inspect these core products at our dedicated warehouses to ensure the final delivery will have undamaged goods effected to our customer’s premises.

We are a forward thinking company who are progressively and continually building on the knowledge already acquired and are committed to being totally up to date with new innovations within the electrical industry.

We are enthusiastic and driven to attain as much knowledge as possible ,and regularly visit the lighting fairs ,which include the two in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre being held in April and October.

We are enterprising in our approach to servicing our customers ,and during the visits to the fairs with overseas colleagues ,it provides the perfect opportunity to visit suppliers and ensure that we are satisfying all their requirements from a local point of view.

The AAI team in the UK and our international partners are driven, eager ,and feel it is of the utmost importance ,to ensure that we know our clients business requirements throughout the supply chain.

In return our dedicated teams are able to present the most indispensable and bespoke service that we are proud to provide to our valued customers.
